Dear Preschool Families,
This week, our students transitioning to Davenport kindergarten next year had the opportunity to visit Davenport. During the trip, students visited a kindergarten classroom, participated in a fun activity, and toured the Davenport school. The students were so excited and it was heartwarming to see our little learners so eager and ready for this next step in their educational journey.
Next week, our staff will have the pleasure welcoming parents and guests to our End of the Year classroom celebrations. These special gatherings are a time for reflection and gratitude as we look back on a year filled with learning, growth, and countless accomplishments. We are so proud of all our students and the progress they’ve made—both academically and personally. While these celebrations are not preschool graduations—since many students will return in the fall or move on to kindergarten—they are a meaningful way to reflect on a fantastic year together.
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that attendance be limited to two adults per child and that no siblings or children under 18 attend the events. If you plan to bring food, please check with your child’s teacher in advance to ensure all items meet our allergy-safe guidelines.
As the last day of school approaches on Friday, June 26, please remember that the following days will be abbreviated school days:
- Wednesday, June 24
- Thursday, June 25
- Friday, June 26
Parent pick-up will begin at 1:25 PM, and bus dismissal will be at 1:45 PM.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
Warm regards,
Joe Marinelli
