Principal:

Dear Preschool Families,

I hope this message finds you well! As we head into the final stretch of the school year.  I wanted to share a few important reminders and updates with you.

Thursday, we held our Annual Preschool Spring Festival. It was a wonderful event that brought the Preschool community together. A Special Shout-Out and Thank You to Ms. Yessenia Pereira for her incredible effort in organizing the event. She dedicated an immense amount of time and energy to making sure all of the attractions were a hit!

Thank you as well to all the parents, students, and staff who came out to share in the fun and be part of the celebration. From games, K-9 demonstration, food trucks, a fire truck display, community vendors, a juggling show, a book fair, and so much more—this event was packed with excitement! It was a wonderful way to bring the Preschool and community together for a truly fun-filled day.

Preschool registration for the 2026–2027 school year is still open! If you or someone you know is interested in enrolling, please visit our district website at www.eht.k12.nj.us and look for the banner advertisement to begin the registration process.

Looking ahead, we are excited to invite our families to a Kindergarten Transition Parent Workshop on June 11th at 5:30 PM at Slaybaugh Primary School. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the next step in your child’s educational journey. Please see the flier below for more details.

And here’s a fun fact to brighten your day—there are only 6 Mondays left as Preschoolers! Let’s make each one count with lots of learning, laughter, and memories.

This week, our school district’s Annual Parent/Guardian Survey was posted on ParentSquare. We kindly ask that you take a few moments to complete the survey and help us gather valuable feedback. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sincerely,
Joe Marinelli
Principal
