Week of March 22, 2026

Principal:

Dear Preschool Families,

Welcome to this week’s Preschool Newsletter! We’re excited to share that we’ve officially welcomed the first week of spring.

We wrapped up last Friday and kicked off the new season in a lively way with our Preschool Dance at EHT High School. It was truly wonderful to see so many students, along with their parents and guardians, come together to create such a memorable evening. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and to our dedicated staff members and parents club who worked so hard to make the event a success.

and today, Friday Preschool closed out the week by celebrating our Spring Parties! A big thank you goes out to all of our amazing staff, dedicated room parents, and special guests who helped make these celebrations so memorable. Your time, creativity, and effort truly made the week special, and the joy on the children’s faces said it all—thank you!

Looking ahead, on April 2nd, we will be celebrating Autism Acceptance Day. Each student will have the opportunity to blow bubbles during recess, and we are encouraging everyone to wear red to show support for autism acceptance. This is a meaningful opportunity to help our children learn about inclusion, acceptance, and understanding.

Our Bargaintown Preschool Book Fair will take place from April 20th through April 24th. Please check with your child’s teacher for additional details.

Please also note that next week will be a shortened school week. On Thursday, April 2nd, we will have an abbreviated school day, with parent pick-up beginning at 1:25 PM and bus dismissal at 1:45 PM. Friday, April 3rd marks the start of our Spring Recess, and school will reopen on Monday, April 13th. We hope you enjoy this time off making special memories with family and friends.

Hope you all have a wonderful relaxing weekend!

Sincerely,
Joe Marinelli

A Memorable Meteorology Visit

Mr. Markiewicz came in to talk to our class about his job as a “meteorologist”. It was the perfect wrap up to our “weather study”! The students loved the science experiment he did with them about clouds and rain!

Little Learners, Big Discoveries

A big thank you to Madelyn’s dad for visiting Ms. Jenn & Ms. Brooke’s class! He shared different kinds of tools with the children and generously gave hats to everyone. We appreciate his time and support in making this a meaningful learning experience!

It Ain't Easy Bein' Cheesy!

The preschoolers at the high school took a field trip to Jo Jo's Pizza & Restaurant in Galloway. Mr. Ed Cannuscio is one of the original owners, and he helped us create our own individual pizzas. The kids explored the back of the restaurant while their pizzas were cooking, too. Jo Jo's will always have a pizza in our hearts!
